Free Trial

Every new modem purchase includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all Teleleo features. During this period, you can:

  • Receive SMS and OTP codes from anywhere
  • Make and receive calls through SIP apps
  • Use all platform features including two-way SMS, USSD commands, and SMS forwarding
  • Test Teleleo with your own SIM card

No payment is required during the trial. You'll only be asked to opt into a paid subscription after experiencing everything Teleleo offers.

Your modem purchase is a one-time payment. Subscriptions cover access to the Teleleo cloud platform and all features beyond the free trial.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, a globally recognised and secure payment platform.

All payment information is encrypted and handled securely. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

Billing and Renewals

How Renewals Work

Subscriptions are optional. When you start your 30-day free trial, we ask for your payment details to ensure uninterrupted service if you choose to continue. At the end of the trial, your paid subscription will begin automatically — unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

We believe in transparency, so you can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. If you decide Teleleo isn't right for you, simply cancel before the 30 days are up and you won't be charged.

Annual Subscriptions

If you choose an annual plan, you'll be billed once per year. Annual plans offer savings compared to paying monthly.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed in our full Terms of Sale. Generally:

  • Modem purchases are final sale once shipped, subject to your statutory rights
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period
  • If you experience technical issues, our support team will work with you to resolve them
