What is Teleleo?

Teleleo lets you remotely access and control your SIM card from anywhere in the world. You can receive and send SMS, make and receive calls, get OTP codes, and manage your SIM online — without roaming.

How does Teleleo work?

Your SIM card stays inside a physical modem. Teleleo connects this modem to your online account, so you can access SMS, calls, and mobile internet remotely via the web dashboard or apps.

Do you provide a SIM card?

No, we do not provide SIM cards. You need to get one from a mobile operator of your choice. Please make sure the SIM card plan is suitable for use with a modem.

How do I register on the website?

To create your Teleleo account:
1. Go to https://www.teleleo.com.
2. Click Register in the top right corner.
3. Enter your email address and create a password.
4. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email.

If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship Teleleo modems worldwide using flat-rate shipping per order (no item limit).

United Kingdom Standard: FREE | Express: £7.99

European Union (EU) Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Ireland, Sweden: Standard: FREE | Express: €9.99

All other EU countries: Standard: €9.99

Worldwide Standard: £19.99

Shipping times depend on the destination and selected delivery method.

Note: We ship worldwide, except to destinations with international sanctions or carrier restrictions.

Will it work in my country?

The current-generation Teleleo modem supports LTE bands B1/3/7/8/20/28/38/40/41 and 3G bands 1/8.

This allows it to work with most mobile operators in:
- Africa
- Europe
- the Middle East
- Asia (excluding Japan and South Korea)
- Oceania

Important: If your SIM card works on a 4G/LTE network in your country, Teleleo will most likely work as well.

Which carriers and SIM cards are compatible with Teleleo?

Teleleo works with most mobile carriers worldwide.

The modem is compatible with any carrier that operates on the supported LTE and 3G bands listed above.

Will my SIM card plan still apply?

Yes. All calls, SMS, and mobile data used via the modem are deducted from your SIM card plan — just as if the SIM were in a phone.

Please keep your mobile account active and topped up.

Important: Teleleo does not provide free SMS, calls, or mobile data.

What is included when I purchase a Teleleo modem?

The box includes:
- Teleleo modem
- Quick-start guide

The modem supports mini-SIM cards only. If your SIM card is micro-SIM or nano-SIM, you will need an adapter (not included).

Why do I need a subscription?

Teleleo works in two modes: without a subscription and with an active subscription.

Without a subscription, you can:
- receive incoming SMS
- share mobile internet via Wi-Fi
With an active subscription, you unlock:
- sending SMS
- making and receiving voice calls
- call automation (auto-reply and auto-dialer)
- Teleleo VPN
- SMS forwarding, logs, and advanced controls

Important: Subscription is required to use all communication and automation features.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions cannot be paused, but you can cancel them at any time.

To cancel your subscription:
- Go to https://teleleo.com/lk/device-list
- Select your device
- Click Manage Subscription

After cancellation, you can continue using the device without a subscription, with limited functionality.

What should I do if my modem stops working?

If your modem is not working correctly:
- Disconnect the modem from the power source.
- Wait a few seconds and reconnect it (power cycle).
- Check that the SIM card has a signal and a positive balance.
If the issue persists, contact our support team via:
- the support chat in your Teleleo web dashboard
- email: [email protected]

Can I return the modem for a refund?

Yes — you can try Teleleo risk-free.

You may return the Teleleo modem within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the device price.

You can open and test the modem, but it must be returned:
- in as-new condition
- in the original packaging

If the device is faulty or the wrong item was shipped, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Is there a mobile app?

A mobile app is currently in development. In the meantime, Teleleo works fully via:
a web dashboard on desktop browsers, mobile web browsers on smartphones and tablets

No additional software installation is required.

Can I send SMS and make calls from my mobile phone?

Yes, with some limitations.

Calls
For calls on a mobile phone, we recommend using a SIP app such as:
- Zoiper
- Linphone

Use the SIP credentials from your Teleleo account to make and receive calls remotely via your SIM.

Note: You can also make calls directly from the Teleleo web dashboard on a desktop computer.

SMS
You can:
- forward incoming SMS (including OTP codes) to your email or Telegram
- view all SMS in the web dashboard

For sending SMS, SMS campaigns, scheduling, and full message history, the web dashboard on a desktop provides the most complete experience.
